Frequently asked questions

Q. I lost my edit URL +

Your edit URL is stored in the payment confirmation email. Search your inbox for "PickInvite". The order name in the Toss app (Payment history → PickInvite) also includes the public share URL.

Q. I want to edit my invitation +

Open the "My Invitations" page (/en/mine/) and click Edit, or use the edit URL from your payment confirmation email.

Q. My invitations don't appear on another device +

Browser localStorage is scoped to a single browser. On another device, open the edit URL saved in your email to re-sync edit permission.

Q. I want a refund +

Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment, as long as you have not shared the invitation URL. See the Refund Policy page for details.

Q. I paid but my invitation is not active +

Activation may take up to 1–2 minutes. If more than 5 minutes pass, email contact@pickinvite.com with your Toss order number.

Q. Guests cannot submit RSVP responses +

RSVP is only enabled after payment is completed. It is disabled on sample invitations. Refresh the invitation page after payment to see the form.

Q. I want to send invitations in bulk +

Bulk issuance for businesses and event planners is in development. Please email us if you are interested.

Note on international users: inquiries in English and Japanese are handled by auto-response. Baseline guidance is provided on each language's home page.
Urgent requests (policy violations, phishing reports)

If you come across an inappropriate invitation, please use the "Report this invitation" button at the bottom of the invitation page. Once three or more reports accumulate, the invitation is automatically placed under review.
