Refund Policy
Effective: April 23, 2026
In accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Republic of Korea), PickInvite applies the refund criteria below.
Article 1 (Eligibility for refund)
A full refund is available if any of the following apply:
- Within 7 days of payment, provided the invitation URL has not been shared externally
- A service disruption or defect caused by the Company prevented normal use of the invitation
- The payment was processed incorrectly (e.g., duplicate or erroneous charges)
Article 2 (Refund exclusions)
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- The invitation URL has already been shared externally (KakaoTalk, SMS, social media, email, etc.)
- An RSVP response or guestbook entry has already been received from a guest (the service is deemed to have been used)
- Simple change of mind (wanting a different design, event cancellation, etc.)
- The user lost the edit URL on their own (not attributable to the Company)
* "External sharing" is determined based on RSVP or guestbook submissions, invitation view logs, and similar records.
Article 3 (How to request a refund)
- Email

pickinvite.com/m/XXXXXXX) - Toss order number or the email used at payment
- Reason for the refund
- Invitation URL (
- The Company reviews eligibility and approves the request
- Once approved, the refund is processed through Toss Payments within 7 business days
Article 4 (Partial refunds)
Partial refunds for usage of only part of the 3-month activation period are not provided as a rule. However, if a significant service outage caused by the Company makes the invitation unusable for an extended period, a pro-rated refund for the remaining period may be issued.
Article 5 (Refunds on renewal payments)
Articles 1 and 2 apply equally to renewal payments made after expiration. That is, a refund is available only within 7 days of the renewal payment and provided no guest responses have been received since the renewal.
Article 6 (Governing law)
This policy follows the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Framework Act on Consumers. Matters not expressly covered are subject to notices from the Korea Fair Trade Commission and common commercial practice.
